Our Services
Everyone’s path to wellbeing looks a little different.
At Safa & Serenity Counselling, we offer integrative culturally sensitive for adults, couples, and students - available online across the UK and internationally, or in person in Guildford and Manchester.
Whether you’d like to begin with a free consultation or ongoing sessions, we’ll help you find the approach that feels right for you.
Free Consultation
Take the first step with a free 20-minute consultation. It’s a relaxed chance to talk, ask questions, and see whether counselling with us feels like the right fit.
Online Therapy
Accessible and flexible support from the comfort of your own space. Our online sessions offer the same care, connection, and confidentiality as meeting in person.

Face-to-face Therapy
For those who prefer to meet in person, we offer calm, welcoming spaces in Surrey and Manchester - safe environments to reflect, heal, and grow. Walk-and-talk therapy also available.
From £50
At Safa & Serenity Counselling Centre, we offer a range of therapy approaches designed to meet you where you are - emotionally, culturally, and spiritually. Our goal is to provide a space where your experiences are heard and understood without judgment.
Our therapists are trained in Person centred or Intergative Counselling to at least a level four. Our counsellors hold a masters level of Psychology.
Therapy Approaches
Integrative Counselling
Every person is unique, so we draw from several evidence-based approaches - including person-centred therapy, psychodynamic work, psychoeducation as well as evidence-based psychology - to create a process that fits you, not a formula.
Faith-Aware and Culturally Sensitive Therapy
Your values, beliefs, and background shape how you see the world. Safa & Serenity offer therapy that honours those parts of you, whether you identify as Muslim, hold another faith, or none at all. You never need to translate or explain your culture to be understood here.
Online and In-Person Sessions
Sessions are available both online and in person in Guildford and Manchester UK. Online therapy offers flexibility and comfort; in-person sessions provide a calm, confidential space to connect face-to-face. Both are grounded in warmth, respect, and professionalism.
Areas of support
We work with adults and young adults facing a range of challenges, including:
Anxiety and stress
Trauma and difficult past experiences
Relationship and family difficulties
Grief and loss
Identity, self-esteem, and cultural adjustment
Faith-related or spiritual struggles
Something you may not have a name for yet
How Therapy Works
We begin with an initial session to explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope for. Together we decide on a pace and approach that feels right for you; whether short-term support or longer-term exploration.
